Chic Le Chef is a full service culinary stop. Whether you are wanting to attend culinary classes to improve your own cooking skills or in need of a customized catering event, we can help.
We provide personal attention from small, intimate home entertaining to large, stress-free catered weddings. Our culinary classes give you ideas and practical tips to put on your own cool party. Custom catering allows you to achieve the perfect party and allow you time to be the host or hostess that make your party unique. Leave the shopping, cooking and clean-up to us!
Takeout Meals
Three times a week, Chic Le Chef prepares "TakeOut" dinners, just like you'd make at home, if you had the time. The menus are always different (see what's cooking this week). We keep the prices down by preparing only what we have orders for. So, if you'd like to take home a delicious "prepared from scratch" meal, either order online, or just call us at (707) 987-9664, and we'll have your meal ready between 4:30 and 7:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
On Tuesday's we do take out lunches with free delivery to area businesses. Orders go out between 10:30am and 12:30pm.

Six Sigma and Chic Le Chef to offer "Dare to Pair" wine series and Virtual Wine Tasting

Beginning in May and held the third Thursday of the month at Chic le Chef Cooking School in Hidden Valley Lake, CA from 6 PM to 8PM.
Each class will be devoted to a different varietal or wine type. Six Sigma Ranch Winemaker, Matt Hughes will kick-off each class with an overview of the characteristics of the featured wine followed by a tasting of the wine paired with various foods.
Chic le Chef Owner, Julie Hoskins will demo three dishes while discussing ingredients, cooking methods and tips on sauces and condiments. Students will experience pairings in three categories: classic, daring and an unsuccessful pairing.
This is an event you won't want to miss. So plan to be there either in person, or online!
