New Website

The new website is a culmination of many weeks of effort to incorporate the many facets of Chic Le Chef into a single source of information for everything we do. The older format was becoming too difficult to manage and we couldn't get information out to our friends fast enough.

For those of you familiar with our online purchasing for classes and take out dinners, nothing has changed. Everything else about the website is completely different.

Kid's Culinary Camp - notes on July session

We had a blast with the first Kid's camp this year. Executive chef Matt was on hand to help out. We also had help from Chef John Sheridan, Chef Morgan and Chef Ashley. We learned about kitchen safety, basic knife skills and food prep.

This year we looked at world cuisines and learned some Asian, Mexican and Italian dishes. We chose a menu for our Friday Family party and prepared our food to serve our families.

Chic Le Chef does catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, wine maker tastings and special occasions. We offer culinary classes on a variety of topics taught by our own chefs and occasionally by visiting celebrity chefs. Three times a week we offer TakeOut dinners with a varying menu. Weddings

Weddings are our specialty! We do tastings for the bride and groom, rehearsal dinners, and gala receptions. We can design a menu to suit a wide range of tastes and ethnicities with attention to detail. Whether you are on a small budget, or a hollywood "sky's the limit" affair, we can build a menu to match your tastes. We have what it takes to make your special day a happy, unique and memorable occasion.

Consultation

We can help you to plan an event, prepare a menu, or cook some of the best food you ever tasted. We do wine pairings to highlight specific nuances of premium wines.
