UPPER LAKE, CA, April 6, 2011 – On Thursday, April 14, the Tallman Hotel in Upper Lake will continue its monthly series of special four course winemaker dinners paired with fine local wines. The April event has a special Asian flair, featuring the fine wines of High Valley’s Brassfield Estate paired with fine Asian-oriented dishes prepared by Chic le Chef Julie Hoskins.

Meet some of Lake County's finest owners and winemakers at this series of four Winemaker Dinners in the beautiful dining room of the Tallman Hotel along with a sumptuous four course dinner prepared by chef Julie Hoskins of Chic le Chef and designed to pair perfectly with the featured wines. The Thursday night events begin at 6:00 for a 6:30 seating. The cost of $65 plus tax is inclusive of gratuity and reservations can be made by calling the Hotel at 707-275-2244.
