He’s been a mentor to numerous culinary students at Yuba College and many of the interns at Chic Le Chef. Chic Le Chef customers recognize him as the friendly face behind many of the creative and tasty weekly take out dishes. Whether or not you’ve ever been to Chic Le Chef, if you’ve attended any public events in Lake county over the last couple of years, you have probably already tasted his food! His love for food and people is evident in all his creative dishes. Come in and see for yourself Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, where he can be found preparing our delicious takeout meals.
