The Culinary View is all about what's happening in the culinary world. Sure, you'll hear about recipes, but much more than that you'll hear interviews with interesting people and events happening locally. Past shows have covered ethnic flavors and cuisine from around the world. 

The show is a great place to learn about ingredients, spices, flavors and where and when to use them. We now have an online library of past shows available in podcasts and downloads for your enjoyment!

Join chef Julie and friends as they visit local farmer's markets, produce growers and talk with interesting culinary experts. Every week is different and subjects vary widely.

Chic Le Chef does catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, wine maker tastings and special occasions. We offer culinary classes on a variety of topics taught by our own chefs and occasionally by visiting celebrity chefs. Three times a week we offer TakeOut dinners with a varying menu.
