Simple Buffet Luncheon Menus

These menus are suitable for a buffet luncheon. They are easy to eat and are suitable to be served on disposable plates if preferred. You do not need serving staff unless you have a large number of guests. If so, you may choose to have servers come to set up and clean up so you will not have to worry.
